RPI is a family owned property investment firm that has successfully acquired numerous commercial and residential properties since it was formed in 1961. Our firm is driven to continually expand its property portfolio.
Using our own capital and backed by an experienced team including Chartered Surveyors and Accountants, we actively seek new commercial investments. Our focus lies in identifying assets with robust fundamentals, offering opportunities for capital value enhancement.

What we do
RPI specializes in the acquisition and management of a diverse array of property investments, encompassing various commercial uses and industries, alongside a growing portfolio of residential buildings.
While historically biased towards retail properties, our portfolio has significantly expanded over the last decade to include a substantial volume of industrial properties. In response to the dynamic nature of the property market, our investment criteria now encompass all commercial, residential, and development sectors.
The majority of our held investments fall under the categories of retail (Class A1) and industrial buildings (Class B2/B8), yet we have also retained a broad spectrum of other commercial properties. Approximately 20% of RPI’s portfolio comprises residential properties (Class C3).
