RPI is a privately-run property investment business that has successfully purchased hundreds of commercial and residential properties since it was formed in 1961, and is motivated to further expand its portfolio.

As cash buyers, and backed by an experienced team including Chartered Surveyors and Accountants, RPI has the finance and expertise to move through the buying process quickly and efficiently, avoiding unnecessary delays along the way.

RPI offers a competitive purchase price that reflects its knowledge and capability to swiftly complete property purchases at all levels. 

WHAT WE DO

RPI specialise in purchasing and managing properties with a diverse range of property investments which cover a variety of commercial uses and industries, as well as a growing portfolio of residential buildings, ranging from £50k – £2 million in asset value.

The portfolio has historically had a bias towards retail properties but in the ever-changing property market we have expanded our requirements across the commercial, residential and development sectors.

The majority of our held investments are retail (Class A1), and office buildings (Class B1) however a wide variety of other commercial properties have also been retained. The remaining 20% of RPI’s portfolio are residential (Class C3) properties.

RPI has close links with a number of funding sources which allows the business to make cash purchases on investments. These relationships have been developed over many years and include Handelsbanken, which has worked closely with RPI for over 50 years.
