Leonard Seitler MRICS | Managing Director
Leonard was appointed Managing Director of RPI in 1994. He joined the business to replace the outgoing incumbent surveyor, before shortly after taking over the overall management of the business.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, Leonard identifies and completes all investments and trading activities of the business.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the industry having joined a leading London firm as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988. Moving to Manchester a number of years later, Leonard was tasked with the opening of its new Manchester office, before making the move to the family business, RPI.
Benjamin Seitler F.C.A | Chairman
Having established the business in 1961, Benjamin has grown and managed its portfolio of investments maintaining RPI’s growth through four recessions where many others struggled.
Benjamin remains central to RPI’s operations as Chairman where he oversees the finance and administration of the business.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Benjamin brings with him over 58 years of experience in the property investment industry.
Avi Liefman | Investments and Finance
Avi joined RPI in 2017 and was brought in to develop investment opportunities in the industrial and logistics sector.
His experience covers all mainstream commercial property with a particular emphasis on the industrial and the trade counter sectors.
Prior to joining RPI, Avi worked for a private family office for ten years managing multi let industrial estates from Aberdeen to the Isle of Wight.
Avi is also responsible for the day to day management accounting and reporting for all the Seitler entities.
David Lachs MRICS | Investments and Management
David joined the RPI team in 2020 with 8.5 years’ experience in the commercial property market acting both landlord and tenant side.
David’s main role is to identify and procure investment opportunities with a view to adding value.
With a background in ‘fire-fighting’ mismanaged multi-let estates, he has a keen eye for opportunities and a vast knowledge of how to increase income and profits.
Other roles include, management, Landlord and Tenant and disposals.
